PHSky Link Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1. Introduction and Agreement

Welcome to phsky link. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and phsky link ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") when you create an account, access, or use any part of phsky link located at phskylink.best and all associated services.

By registering an account on phsky link, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use phsky link.

These Terms apply to all players in the Philippines and cover sports betting, casino games, fishing games, poker, virtual sports, and all other gaming products available on phsky link. Specific additional rules may apply to particular products or promotions, and those will be communicated to you separately — but they operate alongside these Terms, not instead of them.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Any funds in the account at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each player on phsky link may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, and contact details. phsky link will use this information in line with our Privacy Policy.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, phsky link may require identity verification before processing withdrawals or upon reaching certain deposit thresholds. Acceptable documents for verification include:

Providing false information during registration or verification is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure without return of funds, as well as potential referral to relevant authorities.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

phsky link accepts deposits via the following Philippine-based payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

All transactions on phsky link are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP, symbol ₱). The minimum deposit is ₱50. Deposits are credited instantly in most cases — the speed depends on your chosen payment method, and phsky link is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱100
• Your account must be verified (KYC complete) before withdrawals above ₱5,000 can be processed
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes for verified accounts during business hours
• Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to 2 hours; PESONet transfers may take up to 1 business day
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted

phsky link does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges — please check with them directly.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on phsky link are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game. General betting rules applicable across the platform include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may fluctuate before confirmation — the confirmed odds in your bet receipt are the ones that apply.
• phsky link reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of arbitrage, abuse of system errors, or suspicious betting patterns.
• In the event of a system or pricing error that results in incorrect odds being offered, phsky link reserves the right to cancel or void affected bets. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• Live (in-play) bets are placed at the risk of a delay in processing. Bets placed after a material event (such as a goal, set won, or knockout) but before the platform updates may be voided if phsky link determines the outcome was already decided at the time of placement.
• Abandoned or cancelled events: if a sporting event is abandoned before a result is official, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules for that event.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player. Current limits are displayed in the relevant section of phsky link and may be updated from time to time.

For casino games and fishing games on phsky link, all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The RTP (Return to Player) figures for all games are verified by independent auditors and published on the relevant game pages.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

General bonus rules that apply across all phsky link promotions:

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Attempting to access the accounts of other phsky link players
• Using phsky link from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited
• Making deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name

9. Intellectual Property

All content on phsky link — including but not limited to the platform design, logos, text, graphics, game software, odds data, and user interface — is the exclusive property of phsky link or its licensors. Your personal phsky link account and login credentials are for your personal use only. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise allow access to your phsky link account to any other person.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

phsky link reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing
• Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age
• Account holder is found to be on a self-exclusion list
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months (dormant accounts)

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting phsky link support. Where closure is player-initiated and there are no unresolved disputes, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 months or more) on phsky link may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ₱50, deducted from the account balance. You will be notified before this fee is applied, and simply logging back in will stop the fee from being charged.

11. Limitation of Liability

phsky link provides the platform "as is" and makes reasonable efforts to ensure availability, accuracy, and performance. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phsky link's total liability to any individual player in relation to any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim.

phsky link is not liable for losses arising from internet connection failures, device malfunctions, or other technical issues outside our control that affect a player's ability to place or manage bets.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

13. Changes to These Terms
